Technician arrived on time to diagnose problem. He communicated very well as to what he found and why the failure occurred. He let me know the part would take a few days to arrive. The part was ordered and as promised, a few days later, the part was installed. Problem was resolved. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend Javon and Appliance Works.
