We called appliance works because the heating element went out in our dryer on a Sunday ( of course) they came highly recommended from a reliable source. Jarret was the tech that came out and he kept in touch with us before, during and after the service call. Very professional, clean install. Laid out blankets to protect our floor and was well organized. Got it done fast. Prices were very reasonable too. I would have normally installed it myself but for the price quoted I said why not?? These guys are new in town and I know they will do well with the way they do business. Couldnt recommend them enough.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jarret. He is the technician that came out to above garage apartment to fix my 1972 GE refrigerator. It hasn't been keeping the fresh food as cold as I like. He first recognized that my refrigerator was very old. Then he removed the rear panel and said that is was probably better to keep it off. Jarret then continued to thaw coils and checked everything else to make sure it was in working order. He was very chill and friendly, we talked about bicycles. I work as a mechanic at a local bicycle shop. So that was great to have a cool tech that likes bikes. He finished up by putting everything back together as it was. Great service, thanks to Jarret with Appliance Works. I would recommend them for any appliances. 100% great service.
